What type of wax warmers can I use?

Our wax melts are compatible with tea light wax melt warmers, as well as electric wax melt warmers, we advise against using oil burners as the flame tends to be closer to the dish and will over heat the wax.

How do I use your wax melts?

Simply cut into quarters and melt one piece at a time in your wax warmer. Add an extra piece if you prefer a stronger scent.

On average, each quarter of wax will provide you with 12-18 hours of fragrance.

How do I change fragrances?

Heat your wax melt for under a minute and then this will pop out with ease. Then with a tissue, gently remove the remaining wax.

How long do your wax melts last?

While we do give estimated times for how long wax melts should last on our product listings, it can differ between each scent, and the type of burner you use can have an effect on how long your wax melts will last.

As for your wax melt burner of choice, the hotter the burner gets, the quicker the scent will burn away. Tea light burners are known for being quite hot in comparison to most electric wax melt burners, this isn't necessarily a bad thing, you'll find by using a hotter wax melt burner, the fragrance will really pack a punch. As for wax melt burners that do not get quite as hot, the scent may last a little longer, and while still incredibly noticeable, it will be a little more subtle than if it were in a hotter burner.

What does the information on the bottom of the wax melts mean?

On the bottom of all wax melts we include a CLP label, in short, it includes any allergens and precautionary/hazard statements. This information is handy in case of any allergic reactions, but especially important if a wax melt is accidentally ingested. All of the relevant information is included for health professionals to refer to in case of accidental ingestion, as well as our emergency contact number if more information is required.

What's the best way to store my wax melts?

If properly looked after and stored away, your wax melts can last quite some time! Store inside a container in a cool, dark place for best results, and double check that the storage area is still cool enough during the summer. When stored properly wax melts can last 12+ months.

Are you insured and CLP compliant?

We are fully insured and CLP compliant. You can find the CLP information on the packaging of all our wax melts.
